Why I love This Pick

I have made this pattern! I whipped it up in a couple of hours the evening before publishing this post! In total (minus the seam ripping I had to do, make sure you mark your pattern pieces correctly 😉), the top took me about 2 hours. Despite multiple seams on the front and back panels of the bodice, View A comes together quickly. I used scraps from my Zamora Skirt and a bit of Fableism Camp Gingham in Moon Garden that I’m planning to use for a Hinterland Dress. I made an XS based on my measurements. While this isn’t a style of shirt I would usually gravitate towards (I prefer more form-fitting silhouettes), this top was a very quick and satisfying sew!

Since the at-home print version of this pattern has only 8 pages, this pattern will be a quick make! If you’re interested in making the peplum or dress view, the pattern instructions include a table for paper-free measurements! I really enjoyed this about the pattern. It’s perfect for any beginner looking to make their first garment.
