Why I love This Pick

I haven’t made this pattern yet, but I plan to ASAP! I love the idea of making a garment out of scraps. Contrast binding makes these shorts fun and relaxed. You could even use different scraps for different pieces of these shorts for a really fun garment to add to your me-made wardrobe.

For my version during the pattern test, I added 2cm to the neckline for a little more coverage and spaced the buttons 4cm apart.

I love the waist tie for a cinched waist but could see myself making this dress in another version with a more relaxe...

  • There’s nothing quite like a classic star block quilt. ⭐️

I had the wonderful opportunity to test the new Louis Quilt Pattern for @summerflora.co . It’s an easy beginner pattern is perfect for those wanting to dip their feet into the world of quilting. It comes in 3 sizes and I know I’ll be making many more iterations of this pattern.

I made this entirely from scraps in my stash. The green fabric is a gingham from @linenlab.co.kr and the white is from a thrifted cotton duvet cover. I decid...
